• 1981, I began working for ERA Advantage Realtors as the real estate secretary on weekends. In 1984 I became a licensed salesperson & in 2000 a licensed Broker.
  
• 2003 completed the real estate industry's most comprehensive new home sales course and obtained a national designation as a Certified New Home Specialist.  Served 3 years as a board member on a Unified Zoning and Planning Board & Chaired my 4th year. 
  
• 2005, earned the Realtor designation which entitles me to be a voting member of the Monmouth-Ocean Board of Realtors. December 2005, I earned the CRS designation which took some years traveling over the states completing rigorous courses of advanced training to meet the significant experience requirements of the Certified Residential Specialist.
  
  Loving what I do & enjoying architecture, I began training in historic real estate through the National Trust for Historic Preservation & have been certified also as Luxury Home Specialist. 2007, I became certified as a Relocation Specialist, which further demonstrates my commitment to ongoing development and a pursuit for excellence.
  
• 2008 I was recertified as a International Collection Specialist in the marketing and selling of luxury homes.
  
  2009, Successfully completed all requirements and was awarded NAR's Green Designation.
